Aaron Shockey
President
Aaron Shockey is a top producing real estate agent and currently leads one of the top real estate teams at Rogers Healy and Associates. Aaron has also established himself as an accredited venture capitalist with investing in companies across several industries ranging from food and beverage, oil and gas, and construction including companies such as Liquid Death, Tiff's Treats, Free Rein Coffee, GOAT Fuel, King Operating, and more. Growing up in Fort Worth, Texas Aaron found a love for sports and athletics which ultimately led Aaron to play quarterback in college at the University of Southern Arkansas and El Camino College located in Torrance, California. In 2018, Aaron graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in business administration.
Aaron lives by two different mottos Get Up, Dress Up, Show Up and “More”. Aaron discovered these two mottos to be extremely important during his time leading his real estate team and leading his team during his college football days. The importance of having the necessary tools to be successful and giving yourself the best chance to succeed has driven the vision of establishing Cleats for Athletes. Aaron believes in dreaming big and doing everything in his power to achieve those dreams every single day.
Daniel is a Private Banker with CrossFirst Bank. In this role, he delivers customized banking solutions to high-net-worth clients, their Family Offices and their business-related interests. Daniel currently leads the Preston Center office for CrossFirst in Dallas. Prior to his banking career, Daniel worked in financial planning and investment management in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Daniel now lives in Dallas and enjoys golf, traveling and cooking.

Austin Graybeal
Educational Chair
Austin Graybeal is currently a professor of Kinesiology and Nutrition at the University of Southern Mississippi, located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Growing up in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin moved to Lubbock (TX) to complete both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Kinesiology at Texas Tech University with an emphasis on human performance and body composition. From there, Austin returned to his hometown of Fort Worth to complete his Doctorate in Kinesiology and health sciences with his research focusing primarily on dietary interventions for exercise performance and weight management. After completing his Doctorate, Austin became the youngest tenure-track faculty member at the University of Southern Mississippi in 2021 and maintains a robust NIH (National Institute of Health) funded research agenda that aims to provide remote healthcare services to at-risk and underserved communities of Mississippi. Austin believes that the best way to avoid health concerns during adulthood is to maintain an active lifestyle during youth and adolescence and that participating in sports provides the community and structure necessary to achieve life-long health.
Josh Shockey serves as the Sr. Pastor of Motor City Church in Downtown Detroit Michigan. Josh and his wife Emily and 3 children are all originally from Fort Worth TX. While living in Fort Worth Josh played basketball for Eastfield College before going into full time ministry at Fellowship Church. In his time in ministry he’s served as a student pastor, global connections pastor, and campus pastor. His background has prepared him in a number of ways to serve the thousands of student athletes that Cleats For Athletes will impact. Josh is also the twin brother of the President and Founder of Cleats For Athletes, their relationship has created a unique camaraderie & culture that few organizations ever experience.

Dylan West is currently an Account Executive at WeInfuse in Dallas, TX. Dylan works with Ambulatory Infusion Centers, Home Infusion Pharmacies, and provider offices all across the United States to help streamline software workflows for these special medication delivery channels. Dylan attended Texas Tech University, where he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing with a concentration in Sales. He currently lives in Colleyville, TX with his wife, Taylor, and their two daughters, Brynlee (4) & Parker (2). Dylan is an avid golfer and loves to travel with his family.
